It is imperative that your contact details are kept up to date on the PETtrac Database for MicroChipped pets - if your information is incorrect then you should update it as soon as possible.
Change of Address / Telephone Numbers?
A change of address, or update to the details stored on the PETtrac Database can be made via any of the following methods:
- Return the bottom half of the cerificate we sent you when your pet was first registered with PETtrac
- Click here to download a change of address form to print off and send in the post to PETtrac

Change of Owner/Keeper?
A change of owner/keeper details of an AVID MicroChip on the PETtrac Database must be compeleted in writing, via one of the following methods:
- Return the bottom half of the cerificate, if one was given to you by the previous owner/keeper
